Technical Information
- This website contains nothing which can, in any way, harm, or access, your computer, however, if you are using Internet Explorer 6, 7 or 8 you may have received a warning that it does so. This is totally incorrect. This message is caused by a security 'feature' in Internet Explorer.
- The 'active content' referred to in the warning is actually only javascript in the date of the latest update to the page, displayed at the bottom right, and the 'Return to Previous Page' links, plus the script to run the Photo Galleries. It is perfectly safe to allow this 'blocked content' to be displayed. Be aware though that this may not be true of all web sites.
- If you do not wish to receive these unnecessary warnings you will need to permanently enable JavaScript in Internet Explorer which can be done by following these steps:
- Click on Tools button (it is located in the upper right part of the screen)
- Select Internet Options.
- Click on Security tab.
- Click on Custom Level.
- Scroll down until you see section labelled 'Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls'.
- Select Enable.
- Scroll down again until you see section labelled 'Active Scripting'.
- Select Enable.
- Click OK to save changes.
- Confirm Yes and click OK.
- Close and restart the browser.
- Alternately, use a different web browser such as FireFox or Opera which do not have this problem
- If, however, you are not using Internet Explorer then your browser may have javascript disabled. You will still be able to view the whole of this site with no real problems but will be unable to use the 'Return to Previous Page' links or view the Photo Galleries.
