Go ye therefore and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. King James Matt. Ch:28 Verse 19-20

The Gazebo Team as it is known in the Church comprises of members of the Church congregation who are trained to minister in various ways in the churchyard situated at the back of the church. The Gazebo Tent was bought by the Church for various outreach events. The outreach team meet at St. Johns at most Saturday’s depending on good weather at 10:30am for prayer before setting up for the actual evangelistic work outside in the churchyard.
In the past the team was often dispatched to the Stratford Broadway area with forms with two purposes:
- To enquire certain aspects of religious interest from members of the public, such as Easter, Christmas & general surveys about faith and people’s belief.
- An ice breaker in starting a conversation with members of public in order to share the gospel message.
Unfortunately, since last March 2020 future events were temporary put on hold due to the Covid-19 pandemic In the meantime we will continually pray for the success of the vaccine and lockdown measures in bringing down Covid-19 disease with the hope of returning back to normal.
